Is Akii free?

Yes, Akii is completely free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no ads.

Why is Akii only for UPR students?

Akii is designed to be a tight-knit campus community, not another global social network. By requiring a @upr.edu email to sign up, we keep the space exclusive and authentic to the UPR experience.

Can I use filters or edit my photos?

No. That's the whole point. Akii has zero filters, zero editing tools, and zero touch-ups. Every photo you see on Akii is exactly how it was captured.

What platforms is Akii available on?

Akii is currently available on iOS. You can download it from the App Store. Android support may come in the future.
